a beautiful very old and very heavy chair. I ran into the thrift store today and I saw this beauty.
I just knew it would be perfect at the desk we have in our living room. We have lots of white in this room and I have been on the search for some pieces that have their original wood tones for some contrast.
And the sun is supposed to shine most of the week here so more kitchen pictures coming soon!
Hi Megan! I love your farmhouse chair! It does look good with all the white...and love that desk too :) happy spring...hope the sun does shine for you
ReplyDeleteThat is a great chair and I think the wood tone looks great with the other colours. I need to find a very sturdy chair for our computer table because my guys keep bringing kitchen chairs in to family room. Hooray for sunshine!
ReplyDeleteHi Megan, I love the wood chair, I too love the look of natural wood with white. Bonus. . . you don't have to strip it to get the natural wood. Sunshine is ALWAYS a good thing. . . :)
ReplyDeleteI love that you found such an awesome chair! It looks perfect in your beautiful farmhouse.

ReplyDeleteThe runner is made by Family Heirloom Weavers, but I bought it at the Country Living Fair, they have a catalog and website you can order from.
